Any cancellation after 7 days of booking will be considered as a No-Show and no refund will be provided for the cancellation of this trip. Also, if the booking is made 20 days before the trip, then any cancellation after the day of the booking will not be eligible for refund.

We recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, cancellations, medical emergencies, and other situations that may affect your travel plans.

No refunds will be provided for any unused portions of the trip, including accommodations, meals, activities, or services.

Khyaal (Taisho Ventures Pvt. Ltd) reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or other trip details if necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to inform participants of any changes in advance.

Participants who do not show up for the trip or arrive after the departure date/time will not be eligible for a refund

In the event that the trip is cancelled by Khyaal (Taisho Ventures Pvt. Ltd.) due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, global health crises), participants will be entitled to transfer the trip payment to a future trip organizedby Khyaal (Taisho Ventures Pvt. Ltd.)
