Online Use:
You can use the card in any Indian apps or websites where debit card as a mode of payment is accepted.
Please enter the card details, expiry, CVV at any website or app.
You will be asked to enter the OTP to complete the transaction
For offline use:
Swipe the card or use the tap to pay feature. If you swipe the card you will be asked to enter your 4 digit pin that you have set in your Khyaal app.
For minimum KYC users the limit is Rs. 10,000 per month (calendar month basis) i.e. upto Rs. 1,20,000 annually (Calendar year basis)
For Full KYC users the limit is Rs. 200,000 per month (calendar month basis) i.e. upto Rs. 24,00,000 annually (Calendar year basis)
Card limit will automatically reset on the 1st of every month

You can withdraw money from ATM only if you have completed your full KYC
Yes, you will have to incur an additional charge of INR 25 + 18% GST on all ATM withdrawals using your Khyaal card. The charge is levied and collected by the partner bank of LivQuik; our PPI issuer.

No, there is no additional shipping charges, we have included that in the cost of the card along with the GST
To change the name on the card you will need to order a new card at a small charge of Rs. 399 (inclusive of GST and shipping charges).

Currently, as per the RBI mandate you cannot transfer money from any pre-paid card to any other wallet or a bank account.

Surcharge is an addition charge, fee or tax that is added while paying money. For example: if you use the Khyaal card to make any Transaction at a petrol pump and if they charge you any fees for using the card as a surcharge then this will be refunded to your card in 7 working days automatically.
Refund for any cancelled/failed order paid by Khyaal card would be credited back into your card in 7 working days
If POS (Point of Sale) transactions are failing:
1. Make sure you have sufficient balance in your card
2. Make sure you have sufficient debit limit
3. Make sure you are entering the correct PIN
4. Make sure your “POS” as an option is enabled in the app. Refer card settings section
5. Make sure your card is active. Please check the card section in your app.

4. Make sure you have enabled “Online & E-commerce” as an option in your app settings
5. Make sure your card is active. Please check the card section in your app.
