Full payment is required to confirm your tour booking. Partial payment only shows booking intent and does not confirm services. Non-payment within the required timeline may lead to cancellation, and registration/booking fees may be forfeited.

Cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days before departure:
1–30 days: 100% cancellation charge
31–45 days: 50% cancellation charge
46–60 days: 25% cancellation charge
61–365 days: Booking amount will be issued as a credit note, valid for 3 years.

Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the consulate. Khyaal will assist with the visa process but will not be responsible for visa rejection or delays. Visa rejection will be treated as a cancellation, and charges will apply based on the date of rejection.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations, delays, changes, missed services, or unutilized services caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, political unrest, severe weather, airline disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond Khyaal’s control.

Khyaal may make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, transport, or other tour details if required. We will make reasonable efforts to inform guests in advance. Tours may also be merged in case of low participation.

Hotel check-in and check-out timings will strictly follow the hotel’s policy. Standard check-in is usually around 3:00 PM and check-out around 10:00 AM, unless mentioned otherwise in the tour details.

Guests are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance for cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, or unforeseen situations. Guests must ensure they are medically fit to travel. Khyaal is not liable for third-party services, health issues, losses, injuries, or force majeure events.

Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed in INR without interest. TCS is non-refundable and can be claimed through income tax returns. Any disputes will fall under Mumbai jurisdiction only.
